About these terms
These terms apply to purchases from Used Appliances Canutillo, a used and rebuilt appliance store serving Canutillo, Texas and the surrounding Upper Valley and far west El Paso County. By purchasing from us you agree to the terms below.
1-year warranty
Every appliance we sell comes with a written 1-year warranty covering parts and labor on the appliance's core function. If a unit stops working correctly within one year of delivery due to a mechanical or electrical fault, we will repair it or replace it with a comparable unit at no cost to you. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation by a third party, power surges, cosmetic wear, or normal consumables.
Condition of appliances
Our appliances are used and rebuilt. Each one is torn down, deep-cleaned, and shop-tested before sale, and we describe condition honestly (Good, Excellent, or Like New). Minor cosmetic marks consistent with a pre-owned appliance are expected and are not a defect.
Delivery, installation & haul-away
Free delivery, basic installation and old-unit haul-away are included within our far west El Paso County service area. We position, level, connect standard water/power/drain lines, run a test before leaving, and carry away the appliance you are replacing. Gas-line connections should be completed by a licensed professional for safety. Delivery windows are estimates and may shift due to weather or scheduling.
Payment
Payment is due on delivery once you have seen the appliance operating. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and most debit cards. Prices are as quoted at the time of your order and may change as inventory turns over.
Returns
Because every unit is tested before you take it, warranty repair or replacement is our standard remedy for issues within the 1-year window. If you have a concern, contact us and we will make it right.
